【作品概要】

OHL 1st EP「7bit」は、「人生をゲームのように見立てる」という発想から生まれ、

これまでの出来事やこれから訪れる未知の挑戦をメンバーとファンが共に立ち向かう“ミッション”として描くことをテーマに制作された。

ONEMAN LIVE “7bit” の核を成す本3曲は、ジャンルの違いによる個性を持ちながらも、バンドサウンドを基調とした一体感のある仕上がりとなった。

また「7bit」と「どうして」では、生演奏ならではの温かみや力強さ、繊細さが際立つアレンジが施され、楽曲にさらなる深みを加えている。

歌詞は全曲、メンバー自身が執筆。さらに、OHLが目指すサウンドを忠実に形にするため、GENの監修のもとで音作りが行われた。
作詞・作曲の両面において、OHLの“DIYスピリット”が存分に発揮された作品となっている。

 

OHL's 1st EP "7bit" was born from the concept of viewing life as a game.

It captures past events and the unknown challenges to come as "missions" for the members and fans to face together,

making it the central theme of the production.

The three tracks at the core of ONEMAN LIVE "7bit" each showcase unique genres while maintaining a cohesive sound through the foundation of band arrangements.

Additionally, in tracks like "7bit" and "Doushite (Why Not)," the warmth, power, and delicate nuances of live instrumentation add depth and richness to the music.

 

All lyrics were written by the members themselves.

Furthermore, under the direction of GEN, meticulous attention was given to faithfully crafting the sound envisioned by OHL. Both lyrically and musically, this work fully embodies OHL's "DIY spirit."
